The 2026 Cariwest Festival is being held on Friday August 7th, Saturday August 8th and Sunday August 9th. There are four shifts available; Friday evening, Saturday afternoon, Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon. Volunteers may sign up for more than one shift. You will be required to provide your own transportation to and from the event. Volunteers will be provided with access to the volunteer center where you will be given an official T-shirt to identify you as a festival photographer. Free beverages and a meal will also be provided for each shift you work.

Please note that volunteers are required to provide their own transportation to and from the event. Public transportation is recommended as parking is limited and parking fees are not reimbursed.

Please arrive 20 minutes prior to the start of your shift and report to the volunteer center to sign in and receive your T-shirt.
